I went to Maria for help with losing weight, regaining strength, improving fitness overall, and changing my dietary habits. Why not learn from someone who’s been there and understands what you’re up against? She delivered and then some. For the first time in several years, I can fit in clothes I thought I’d never wear again. I have more energy and mental focus. Thanks to her emphasis on core strengthening, I’m more limber and definitely stronger over all. And those are just the physical effects.
Equally important is the amount of knowledge I now have about what to eat, when to eat it, and why. Maria is an expert in both the physical aspect of fitness, especially for women, and the dietary aspect. I learned so much from her in terms of how to construct healthy meals. While I still have cravings once in a while for that nasty sugar, they are not at all as frequent or intense. Instead, I actually crave healthy food and, because of my cleaner dietary habits, I recognize when I’m at my physical best and that a “junk food hangover” is almost as bad as the alcoholic one!
As Maria says, you can’t out-exercise bad dietary habits. Food intake is 90 percent of the battle. I now have new habits (food and exercise) that will lead to many healthy years ahead. Thank you, Maria, for your dedication to help me meet my goals, your extensive knowledge that you shared, and your inspiration. Regaining your former self after a decade-plus of bad habits is achievable, but you can’t do it alone. I’m a better person than I was six months ago thanks to Maria’s help.
