I came to meet Maria at a rough time in my life. I was at my heaviest (weight wise) and my lowest (self-esteem). What she did was amazing. She will tell you it was all me but without her persistence and accountability, I would have never started or kept up a healthier lifestyle! She has transformed me in a way she would never understand from my perspective. Yes, she was that person at one time in her life but listening to her tell me that and totally relating to her (with tears in my eyes, mind you!) gave me the willpower and the want to take the journey and she was and still is there every step of the way. I swear she has a “honing device” on me because when I am thinking of her or something that has to do with her, she sends a message via text or messenger and it just brings me back to where I need to be!!!! This program has worked wonders for me. I am losing weight and feel so much better and people tell me there is a difference in me (not only looks but I am a lot happier). Maria has made a huge impact on me and I know she says if she can do it, anyone can but I really mean it. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN TOO!!!!
